I am helping a group of network leaders in Florida find the sweet spot of collaboration where they really are better together. Using a virtual format and facilitation design that supports creativity and shared solutions. This group will be focused on improving health in their rural communities.
ELY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH NETWORK AND WELL BEING DEVELOPMENT

Changes for the Ely Behavioral Health Network and the non-profit Well Being Development over the past year have been demanding - and they are not quite done. My role as interim network director will be to help them prepare for their next transition by keeping an eye on their mission, clarifying shifted roles, and fine-tuning critical processes.
