Effective change that addresses complex environments happens through a collaborative process where different perspectives, skills, attributes, and strengths are at the table. Facilitative leadership enables collaboration and supports the dynamics of group dialogue and decision making and is key to sustained change.
This workshop includes a supplemental workbook, providing opportunity for personal reflection and practice.
